About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Capgemini. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients' business needs are met through the effective design and implementation of business systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and document business requirements using the MoSCoW methodology.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and write user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Act as the interface between the business, development team, and third parties to ensure seamless system changes.
  • Analyze business processes and document workflows to ensure efficient system implementation.
  • Provide accurate estimates and support the development team in infrastructure and technical architecture.
  • Manage change requests and ensure agreed deadlines are met.
  • Produce weekly reports on project progress and resource requirements.
  • Promote product vision and actively participate in agile rituals.
