The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Officer to join our team, responsible for developing and implementing effective communications strategies to engage with our customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance our online presence through social media channels, websites, and electronic customer newsletters.
- Develop and implement marketing materials, both in-house and in collaboration with external designers and creatives.
- Produce engaging content, including stories and creative materials, to support our brand identity and tone of voice.
- Work closely with the Brand and Communications Manager to provide a seamless service to colleagues and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Practical knowledge of maintaining social media channels, websites, and newsletters.
- Ability to use basic design software.
