Turndown Room Attendant

Job Title: Turndown Attendant
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Turndown Attendant to join our team at The Langham, London. As a Turndown Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests by ensuring their rooms are prepared to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform the turndown procedure in each room allocated per shift, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our guests.
- Follow our current cleaning procedures to maintain optimum productivity and quality standards.
- Understand and utilize our cleaning products effectively to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
- Collect and prepare dirty linen for the Laundry, and hand in any lost property to the Floor Housekeeper.
- Remove rubbish from rooms and place it in the service area, and remove room service dishes and amenity presentations.
- Provide essential products and ensure they are replenished regularly, and check the operation of equipment and the condition of soft furnishings.
- Clean public areas of the hotel and offices as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills to deliver a high level of service to our guests.
- Great attention to detail to ensure a clean and well-maintained environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Immaculate personal presentation to reflect the high standards of The Langham, London.
