Job Opportunity: Turndown Room Attendant
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Turndown Room Attendant at The Langham, London. This role is ideal for those who possess excellent customer service skills, a strong sense of organization, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform the turndown procedure in each room allocated per shift, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Follow established cleaning procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests.
- Collect and prepare dirty linen for the laundry, and remove rubbish from rooms and place it in the service area.
- Provide essential products and ensure they are replenished regularly, and check the operation of equipment and the condition of soft furnishings.
- Assist with cleaning public areas of the hotel and offices as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to work with guests.
- Great attention to detail and a keen sense of organization.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
