Job Title: Lifeguard

Exeter Golf and Country Club is seeking a skilled and dedicated Lifeguard to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the pool according to RLSS standards and club rules
  • Lead by example and maintain a high level of cleanness around the pool
  • Carry out pool tests and deal with any problems accordingly
  • Clean all pools and maintain high water quality
  • Liaise with line manager to ensure works are carried out with minimal disruption to operations
  • Report routine maintenance of the club's equipment
  • Prioritise works and keep the operations team informed
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties as directed by the Head of Swimming
Requirements:
  • A valid RLSS NPLQ qualification
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work well within a team and alone
  • Confident and assertive in dealing with all ages, while being welcoming and friendly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
