Job Summary
The Exeter Golf and Country Club is seeking a highly skilled and attentive Pool Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our aquatic team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the pool area to maintain the highest levels of safety and attentiveness, adhering to RLSS standards and club rules.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Respond to member feedback and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
- Ensure the pool area is clean and well-maintained, including the plant rooms and surrounding areas.
- Conduct regular pool tests and address any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with the operational team to ensure works are carried out with minimal disruption to operations.
- Report routine maintenance of the club's equipment and facilities.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as directed by the Head of Swimming.
- Adhere to all procedures and protocols in place, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all members and guests.
Requirements
- Valid RLSS NPLQ qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of departmental standards and procedures.
