About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Mental Health Team in Gloucester. As a Team Leader with Voyage Care Ltd, you will play a vital role in leading our supported living service and supporting individuals with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement care plans to promote independence and well-being.
  • Conduct supervision and appraisals to ensure staff are equipped to provide excellent care.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the service, including allocating shifts and resources.
  • Collaborate with the Manager to ensure the service meets regulatory requirements and company standards.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a mental health setting.
  • Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Experience working with individuals with mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors.
