About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team in Gloucester. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in facilitating Scrum events, removing barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Teams, and influencing the removal of impediments to help the team become self-organizing and empowered to create, innovate, and make decisions for themselves.

The ideal candidate will have a detailed knowledge and experience of the Scrum Framework, with a track record working as a Certified Scrum Master. They will also have a Servant Leadership mindset, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience in coaching and mentoring Scrum Teams and large Programmes.

In this role, you will work closely with our Product Owners, System Analysts, Infrastructure, Development and Testing teams, internally and with external suppliers, to drive delivery and ensure successful completion and implementation of changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and implement Scrum Framework best practices
  • Facilitate Scrum Events internally and with external suppliers
  • Remove barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Teams
  • Influence the removal of impediments and help the team to become self-organizing and empowered to create, innovate, and make decisions for themselves as one team
