About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team in Gloucester. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in facilitating Scrum events, removing barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Teams, and influencing the removal of impediments to help the team become self-organizing and empowered to create, innovate, and make decisions for themselves.

The successful candidate will have a detailed knowledge and experience of the Scrum Framework, with a track record working as a Certified Scrum Master. They will also have a Servant Leadership mindset, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience in coaching and mentoring Scrum Teams and large Programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and implement Scrum Framework best practices
  • Facilitate Scrum Events internally and with external suppliers
  • Remove barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Teams
  • Influence the removal of impediments and help the team to become self-organizing and empowered to create, innovate, and make decisions for themselves as one team
