Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be part of the Mental Health Schools Team (MHST), delivering evidence-based low-intensity cognitive behaviour (CBT) interventions for children and young people experiencing mild to moderate anxiety, low mood, and behavioural difficulties. The training and service experience will equip the post-holder with the necessary knowledge, attitude, and capabilities to ensure that children and young people have access to high-quality, evidence-based mental health support.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality, outcome-informed, evidence-based low-intensity CBT interventions for children and young people.
- Work collaboratively with schools, families, and other agencies to provide comprehensive mental health support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, young people, and their families.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of mental health strategies and initiatives within schools.
- Participate in regular supervision and training to ensure ongoing professional development.
