About the Role

We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Care Assistant in Coventry. As a Home Instead Caregiver, you will provide support to our clients in their own homes, helping them with daily tasks and activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping
  • Support clients with personal care needs, such as bathing and dressing
  • Accompany clients on outings and appointments
  • Provide respite care for family members and carers

Requirements

  • Caring and compassionate personality
  • English proficiency and excellent communication skills
  • Availability to work weekends and flexible hours
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred)

  • Competitive rates of pay from £13.00 to £14.00 at weekends
