Job Description:

We are seeking an Operations Analyst to collaborate with our PS management and teams to document and maintain processes, systems, and performance monitoring approaches. The successful candidate will support the global delivery of services to meet target service revenue and performance goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading Billing Operations and supporting Forecast, Resource Utilization, and Billing Operations for the PS team.
  • Documenting strategies and insights to guide the PS teams in achieving Forecast, Resource utilization, and Billing targets.
  • Identifying ways to increase revenue, decrease costs, and improve efficiency.
  • Gathering data on current operations through observations, reports, and interviews to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Determining appropriate methods to analyze operations, relevant information, and data.
  • Documenting and maintaining systems used for delivering effective tracking, reporting, and communication tools.
  • Supporting capacity planning and standard tool sets used to provide data for PS organization planning.
  • Proactively identifying issues, researching the issue, documenting findings, and recommendations.
  • Assisting departmental leaders in implementing new policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Training employees to use new systems or follow new processes.
  • Maintaining and updating policies and procedures to improve performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with established standards.
  • Working closely with PS management to achieve outcomes based on company goals.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 3 years of professional Operations Analyst or similar experience working in a large, cross-functional organization.
* A detail-oriented approach and a strong focus on results.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and different management levels.
* Good analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Knowledge of financial and resource modeling and forecasting.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Ability to work with minimal supervision.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency with PSA, SFDC, QlikView, project management tools, business intelligence tools, and capacity planning tools.
* Understanding of Business Process Management and OPEX.
* Understanding of IT Service Delivery and/or Supply Chain industries.

* Understanding of Operations management (COM, CAE, ITIL, or Six Sigma Green Belt).
* Understanding of Project Management principles (PMP, Agile, or Prince 2).
