Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring accounts: Keeping a close eye on accounts to spot any late or missing payments and making sure everything is up to date.
- Chasing payments: Issuing reminders to recover overdue payments and escalating where necessary.
- Providing excellent customer service to tenants, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
