Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our stock taking team, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service on our client's sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage teams of stock counters to ensure efficient and accurate stock taking
- Deliver high-quality stock taking services to our clients
- Travel to different client sites each day, with occasional overnight stays
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and nights
- Manage time effectively and work with minimal supervision
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a stock taking or inventory control role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and nights
- Full driving license
