Retail Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Stocktake Team Leader to join our team at C2 Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service on our client's sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate teams of stock counters to ensure efficient and accurate stock taking
- Develop and implement effective stock taking processes and procedures
- Collaborate with clients to understand their stock taking requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Monitor and report on stock taking performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety and data protection
- Proven experience in stock management or a related field
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
