Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our stock taking team, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service while on our client's sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage teams of up to 60 stock counters
- Deliver the end-to-end stock taking service
- Work with clients to understand their stock taking requirements
- Develop and implement effective stock taking processes
- Monitor and report on stock taking performance
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a stock taking or inventory management role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Full driving license and willingness to travel
