Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Compliance and Resourcing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in either a resourcing or compliance role, with strong communication skills and the ability to network and devise new resourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring that all candidates are fully vetted and compliant against DfE, Keeping Children Safe in Education, and industry standards.
  2. Effectively headhunt for candidates via online databases and job boards.
  3. Collaborate with the wider partnership team to develop new and existing candidate attraction strategies.
  4. Provide an excellent candidate care journey to all of our candidates, guiding them through the full registration process.
  5. Ensure that all candidates are fully compliant with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

  1. Experience working in either a resourcing or compliance role.
  2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  3. Excellent attention to detail.
  4. The ability to network and devise new resourcing strategies.
  5. Motivation and drive to succeed and grow with the company.
