**Job Summary**
Mondrian Alpha is seeking a highly skilled Operations Analyst to join its team in London. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing and analyzing various back office tasks, with a focus on high-level analysis and commentary.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and analyze various back office tasks, including oversight and high-level analysis/commentary
- Work closely with the European head of operations and business management team on technology buildout projects, ad-hoc project work, and business-focused projects
- Regularly use VBA, SQL, and/or Python in this role
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements
**Requirements:**
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in operations or a related field
- Strong VBA, SQL, or Python skills
- Excellent academic profile and industry qualifications
