Brookfield Asset Management is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President of Diligence Management, Infrastructure and Transition to join our growing team.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in guiding prospective investors through the due diligence process for our infrastructure and transition funds. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of due diligence, from initial material creation to managing client calls, meetings, asset tours, and on-site visits.

This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will work directly with investors, CRMs, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless and informative due diligence experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Due Diligence Deliverables: Lead the creation and quality control of all due diligence materials, including DDQs, RFPs, RFIs, quantitative datasets, IDD/ODD presentations, and more.
  • Team Management: Manage your team through all stages of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, training, performance management, and compensation.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as the investor relations team, investment professionals, Fundraise Management, and CRM teams.
  • Investor Engagement: Plan and oversee interactions between prospective investors and investment teams or subject matter experts (tax, legal, operational) to facilitate a comprehensive understanding of our funds.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in due diligence for infrastructure and/or transition investments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with relevant software tools (Salesforce, Loopio, PowerBI, Mercatus, Seismic) is a plus.
