About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our team at Litt Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in executing our marketing strategy and driving brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a robust content strategy to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
  • Manage the company's website, ensuring it aligns with our brand vision and is optimized for performance.
  • Oversee social media accounts, crafting engaging content and executing email campaigns to reach our target audience.
  • Manage marketing data and KPIs through HubSpot, ensuring GDPR compliance and collaborating with internal teams to produce marketing materials that support business objectives.
Requirements
  • L4 CIM Marketing Diploma or a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a B2B marketing role, focusing on content marketing, social media, and HubSpot.
  • Proficiency in managing HubSpot CMS, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to deliver presentations.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using Google Analytics 4 and SEO tools.
  • Familiarity with GDPR regulations and a solid understanding of CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
What We Offer
  • Salary: Up to £28,000 depending on experience, with an annual performance-based bonus scheme.
  • Location: Based at our office, with hybrid working options available.
  • Holiday: 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays.
  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, with an early finish on Fridays.
