As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in the lives of the individuals we assist and their families. Your responsibilities will include engaging in various activities tailored to meet the unique needs of those you support, providing person-centered assistance that fosters independence, dignity, and well-being.
- Delivering support across multiple services, including Residential, Supported Living, and Domiciliary Care for individuals facing Mental Health challenges, Learning Disabilities, Autism, and complex behaviors

Our Residential Care Services
Our residential services offer additional care and support to individuals as needed, fostering a homely and welcoming environment for the individuals, their families, and our staff. We cater to a variety of needs, enabling individuals to live life on their own terms.
Supported Living
At M&D Care, our goal is to equip individuals with the skills necessary for independent living. Our supported living arrangements provide a transition from residential support, allowing individuals to live in community-based settings with 24-hour staffing. The aim is to offer guidance and practical support for daily living, promoting independence while ensuring a safe and secure environment.
Domiciliary Care
Our domiciliary care services provide essential support and assistance to individuals in their own homes, tailored to their needs and routines, enabling them to remain in a safe and supported environment. Facilitating connections with communities is a key aspect of this service, allowing individuals to engage in meaningful activities while maintaining their social connections. The demand for home care services continues to grow as more individuals prefer personalized care in familiar surroundings.
