- Conduct right to work checks, document verification, and obtain suitable references
- Provide excellent customer service to candidates, keeping them updated on file progress
- Process DBS checks and conduct pre-employment checks
- Ensure files are cleared to a high standard, meeting audit requirements
- Manage administrative tasks and keep the team informed on file progress
- Prior Compliance Administration experience is essential
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Good eye for detail and ability to work accurately
- Desirable: prior experience in recruitment
- 30 days holiday (5 days term time holiday allowance)
- Additional day's holiday for each year of service
