We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our team at System C. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in partnering with HR Business Partners and people managers to drive employee relations, roll out people programmes, and other people and organisation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Employee Relations: Partner with HR Business partners and people managers to address employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and legal requirements.
- Workforce Planning: Assist in preparing data and executing actions derived from the workforce plan in collaboration with HR Business partners, senior management, and finance.
- Hiring Process: Active stakeholder in the hiring of all people manager roles. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the efficient execution of hiring activities.
- Onboarding: Work with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to create and manage onboarding processes tailored to the needs of new hires.
- Program Management: Lead and support various people programmes across the organisation, ensuring that initiatives are delivered on time and meet the strategic objectives.
- Data Management: Collect and analyse HR data to provide insights for decision-making, ensuring accurate reporting for workforce planning and program management.
- People Manager Engagement: Partner with the People and Programme Partners to design, implement, and measure a People Manager engagement, providing timely information and guidance to this community.
- Compensation and Benefits: Partner with the COE lead to design and run the annual compensation and benefits process, ensuring that they are free from bias.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience as a people partner or compensation and benefits specialist.
- Strong understanding of employee relations, workforce planning, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships at all levels.
