Exciting Opportunity - Site Engineering Manager - Infrastructure

Location: Aylesbury

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the establishment of engineering benchmarks, ensuring precision and quality control
  • Guide and support the site engineering personnel
  • Contribute to the development of a secure working atmosphere
  • Assist in the organization and management of projects and resources
  • Supervise subcontractors to guarantee timely project delivery
  • Draft, assess, and execute Risk Assessments and Method Statements
  • Lead the site engineering team, assign responsibilities, and mentor junior engineers
  • Ensure that all work is executed in accordance with technical specifications and drawings
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the commercial team for precise financial tracking
  • Identify and implement innovative processes and methodologies on site

Essential Qualifications:

  • Commitment to safety practices
  • Ability to interpret technical data and drawings
  • Relevant experience in Civil Engineering
  • Demonstrated leadership and task delegation capabilities
  • NVQ Level or equivalent qualification
  • SMSTS Certification
  • Appropriate CSCS card
  • Proficient in office software
