About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Surveyor to join our team at Dalcour Maclaren. As a key member of our surveying team, you will play a vital role in delivering land and property advice and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of surveyors to deliver high-quality land and property advice and services to clients
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, client satisfaction, and financial targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports on key milestones
  • Provide expert advice on complex projects, identifying opportunities for financial and operational gains
  • Monitor and ensure team time recording and client reporting requirements are met, maximizing billing and meeting financial targets
  • Provide supportive line management, holding regular constructive meetings and empowering team members to achieve their goals
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing client relationships and finances, with a strong track record of delivering business plan goals
  • Clear commercial awareness and ability to contribute to team and company growth through networking and cross-selling
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to promote the company's ethos and engender positivity among team members
  • Ability to maintain and improve own expert knowledge and skills through company-run and specialist CPD
  • Compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, contractual, and organisational requirements and policies
