The Role

You'll be responsible for leading the day-to-day management of the advocate networks, including recruitment, training, and development. Your expertise will help measure the outcomes and impact of volunteer contributions, and you'll have the opportunity to drive improvements through creative solutions and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

What We Offer

As a Public Outreach Coordinator at Hireful Careers, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of £28,614 (£35,768 per annum FTE) and flexible working hours (30 hours, Monday to Friday). You'll also have the opportunity to work remotely and attend occasional events nationwide.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You'll also need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
