Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Coordinator to join our team at Vistry Group, specifically within the South Central Midlands region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the establishment of all private and adoptable infrastructure for new developments, including roads, sewers, and utilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement infrastructure plans for new developments
  • Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in infrastructure development and project management
  • Strong technical knowledge of roads, sewers, and utilities
