People Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Administrator to join our team at Haven. As a key member of our Guest Experience Team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our team members throughout their life cycle.
Key Responsibilities- Support the management of payroll for the park, ensuring all departments are compliant with SAM roster system, including absence and holiday records.
- Manage DBS & Right to Work processes on park, being the gatekeeper to the system and the process.
- Run regular reports and interpret the data to inform business decisions.
- Support Managers with the leavers process, ensuring the termination of team members and leavers process is followed correctly.
- Support the management of employee welfare and wellbeing, including understanding the link with our Wellbeing champion.
- Act as a subject matter expert for all people and development processes on park.

Requirements- Highly competent and confident in computer and IT systems, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Previous experience in HR/People administrative roles.
- Positive approach with a confident attitude.
- Ability to present information confidently at all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrable ability to write and communicate clearly to managers and team.
