Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Structured Finance Director to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for origination, structuring, execution, and portfolio management of project finance and acquisition finance related transactions in the energy, infrastructure, and TMT sectors.

The Role

  • Originate, structure, and execute project finance and acquisition finance transactions in the energy, infrastructure, and TMT sectors.
  • Manage and monitor the performance of existing transactions and portfolios.
  • Supervise and coordinate with internal stakeholders, including vice presidents, associates, and analysts.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience in energy, infrastructure, and TMT project finance and structured finance transactions.
  • Strong credit analysis and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
