As an Account Relationship Manager in the 'Aerospace, Defence, Security and Technology' (ADS&T) sector, you will play a pivotal role in the 'Strategic Command Account', focusing on securing and executing projects within our Aerospace and Defence (A&D) market.

The A&D market is expansive, encompassing both large-scale Defence initiatives and innovative SMEs working on cutting-edge technologies. Our work spans from digital transformation and national cyber resilience to advanced manufacturing and software development, providing a fulfilling and dynamic work environment.

Your Responsibilities:

In your role as an Account Relationship Manager, you will implement the Account Strategy in alignment with the A&D Market and Strategic Command Account objectives. Through effective Key Account Management, you will collaborate with Client Directors to:

  1. Enhance the pipeline of qualified opportunities in designated areas of the MOD Strategic.
  2. Drive potential for sustainable revenue and long-term growth.
  3. Achieve order intake that supports financial goals, increasing ongoing work with extended contract durations.
  4. Lead efforts to secure contracts, from identifying key pursuits to delivering compelling proposals and becoming the preferred supplier.
  5. Establish yourself as the primary relationship holder with client delivery teams.
  6. Foster collaborative relationships with clients, creating a personable yet results-oriented rapport.
  7. Engage with clients to comprehend their needs and how our services can provide solutions.

  1. A proven track record of successfully securing contracts, ideally within the Defence sector.
  2. A solid understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  3. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
