We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our national recruitment team at MHA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our recruitment processes, ensuring the smooth operation of our applicant tracking system, and maintaining excellent relationships with hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to recruitment processes, including candidate testing, data cleansing, and uploading CVs and interview packs to our recruitment system.
- Post job adverts to internal and external job boards, and maintain up-to-date recruitment inboxes.
- Support the Early Careers team with student induction days, student intake administration, and diary management for interview scheduling.
- Represent the firm at student recruitment events and coordinate student recruitment events to promote our graduate and A-level leaver opportunities.
- Support the recruitment team with national project work and assist the Early Careers Team in arranging assessment centers.
Additional Team/ Administration Support
- Offer additional administrative support to the wider recruitment team as needed.
- Provide general administration tasks as required.
Essential Skills
- Competent user of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prioritization skills with the ability to manage time efficiently.
