Job Title: Electrical Cost Analyst

At PPC Tiling, we are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Cost Analyst to join our team. As an Electrical Cost Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all tenders and estimates are submitted in accordance with our company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Upon receipt of new tender enquiries, forward the enquiry to the Department Support and the Estimating Manager or Manager/Director in charge.
  • Review and price tenders, ensuring that all scope of works and requirements are accurately priced.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, including the creation of tender clarifications and the review of tender queries.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are met.
  • Attend meetings with clients and stakeholders to review and confirm design, scope, and pricing.
  • Price addendums, revisions, and additional information issued by clients during the tender process.
  • Obtain updates from clients on their analysis of our quotations and progress in awarding the subcontract package.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and systems.
  • Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
