Role Overview:

The successful candidate will oversee and direct the field services teams, ensuring a consistently high standard of service delivery to clients. This role includes accountability for performance metrics, profit and loss management, and fostering relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster and maintain a robust safety culture.
  • Encourage a mindset of continuous improvement within the Field Services team.
  • Manage the operational budget for the Field Services division, focusing on productivity, cost efficiency, and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with various operational teams to enhance productivity and service quality.
  • Monitor and evaluate Field Service performance, ensuring compliance with established processes and achievement of key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

  • Strong educational background (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
  • Significant experience in managing diverse field service operations or a similar senior role.
  • Proven expertise in budget oversight and financial accountability.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and cultivate high-performing teams.
  • Experience in managing customer relationships and resolving issues effectively.
  • Background in the utilities sector or related fields is desirable.
  • Experience in executing large-scale transformation initiatives is a plus.
  • Thorough understanding of field service operations and industry best practices.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards and industry regulations.
  • Familiarity with data protection principles and GDPR.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a focus on motivating and developing teams.
  • Ability to coach and mentor to improve team competence and confidence.
  • Excellent analytical skills for performance assessment and improvement identification.
  • Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making processes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within budget and on schedule.
  • Familiarity with field service management software and tools.
