About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to lead our team at Corpay. As a Senior Software Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable production software that meets the needs of our global user base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop major components that power our consumer apps and global platform
  • Work with the team to design and develop automated test suites and establish test plans
  • Participate in code reviews to share expertise with the team and ensure code quality
  • Use and improve our automated CI/CD pipeline
  • Provision and maintain cloud infrastructure for your team's products
  • Monitor the health and success of your team's products through application and system metrics
  • Own the success of the features and systems you and your team develop
  • Mentor fellow team members and help grow new technical leaders
  • Participate in technical decision-making within the team

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable production software
  • Expert-level ability to code in Swift or Java/Kotlin
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS/Azure
  • Excellent understanding of software engineering techniques
  • Experience working in an agile development environment
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases
  • Experience improving legacy systems or migrating them to a microservice architecture
