* Ensure all expenditure is approved and matched to PO numbers
* Reconcile cash and card receipts in a timely manner
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting procedures
* Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Support annual external auditing and statutory accounts process
* Identify and mitigate potential risks
* Manage payments and resolve internal and external cash queries
* Ensure invoices are posted to the correct site and/or statutory company
Requirements:
* Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Intermediate Excel skills and experience with Sage 200
* Ability to work to tight reporting deadlines
* Initiative and a can-do attitude
