Job Title: Housing Implementation Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housing Implementation Consultant to join our team at Planet Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining all IT hardware and services across our clients' sites, as well as helping them improve the standard of their ICT provisions and enable them to deliver effective teaching and learning through ICT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve and manage any technical issues that impact the running of the school's function by providing robust technical solutions.
  • Installation or repair of computers with standardized applications and networking software, diagnosing, and solving problems that develop in their operations.
  • Respond to a wide range of technical duties associated with the computer network and desktop services, primarily in connection with existing installations and upgrading of these installations (Desktop computers, iPads, printers, telephones, scanners, projectors, PA equipment, AV lecterns, and hardware).

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in working as an ICT Technician/2nd line support, preferably in the education sector, although not essential. You will be passionate about IT with a strong technical background, be self-motivated and enjoy providing excellent customer service. This role requires you to be a team player, have strong communication and organization skills along with a courteous manner with the ability to explain technical issues in layman's terms to our customers.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of between £23,000 - £28,000, negotiable for the right person, and a range of benefits including a pension scheme, car scheme, cycle scheme, eye care scheme, mental health first aid, employee assistance programme, employee recognition scheme, and travel card.
