About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at our luxury nursing home in Banbury, Oxfordshire. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care and support.

Responsibilities:

* Provide person-centred care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
* Develop and implement individualised care plans, working closely with our residents, their families, and our healthcare team
* Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents
* Collaborate with our healthcare team to provide comprehensive care, including medication management and wound care
* Participate in staff training and development, ensuring our team is equipped to provide the highest standard of care
