Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Housing Manager to join our team at Clarion Housing. As a Housing Manager, you will be responsible for providing a focused management service to our residents living in our Over 55's Housing schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage access to the building for residents, contractors, and visitors
- Be a key-holder for the building, ensuring security of the communal areas and facilities
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills, working with other internal teams to deliver services to residents
- Be flexible, calm under pressure, and able to deal with emergencies
- Organize and prioritize your own workload, delivering excellent services to our customers
- Have previous experience in Facilities Management and working knowledge and understanding of the housing/building management sector
- Have good IT skills on a range of systems to support this role
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Facilities Management
