**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive, to bring your experience into the Change Management Arena, Internationally. Help us find and attract excellent employees. Based in the UK, you will work with the regional leadership team in Europe to find and maintain a network of talent to support our needs in the region. Our focus for this role is Europe, the UK and where required internationally.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will support the sourcing and end-to-end recruitment process to finding successful employees across the UK, European region, and internationally when required. These profiles will have an engineering and language bias in change management or from industry making the transition into consulting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with Renoir Talent Acquisition Managers and Hiring Managers to understand the job requirements and business goals, help to close the positions.
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, offer stage etc).
- Ability to use ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and update the recruitment process or feedback.
- Lead continuous improvement activities for Talent Acquisition team.

**Requirements**:

- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Human resources, or relevant field with at least 3 years’ experience from recruitment agency background or in house recruitment
- Willing to work in an agile manner across the timezones when needed
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and building networks.
- Understanding of latest selection methods and techniques. Linked In
