Job Summary

Network Connect Inc is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Engineer Apprentice to join our team. As a Network Engineer Apprentice, you will be responsible for upgrading and commissioning network amplifiers on HFC networks, identifying noise ingress on the network, and conducting daily checks of vehicles and plant to ensure they are safe to use.

Key Responsibilities

  • Upgrade and commission network amplifiers on HFC networks to ensure optimal network performance.
  • Identify and resolve noise ingress on the network using specified test equipment.
  • Conduct daily checks of vehicles and plant to ensure they are safe to use and in good working condition.
  • Work efficiently and tidily, maintaining a clean environment and providing excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and management to execute works in an efficient manner and resolve engineering obstacles.

Requirements

  • Ability to take direction from supervisor/management and execute works in an efficient manner.
  • Proactive in the resolution of engineering obstacles, conferring with supervisor.
  • Customer-focused with a professional outward attitude.
  • Flexibility to undertake works outside core working hours.
  • Full driving license.
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly with training.
