Job Summary:

Weber_uk is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team in Telford. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our warehouse operations and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all picking activities within our warehouse management system, ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with external hauliers and manage yard operations to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.
  • Enforce company health and safety policies and procedures, reporting any unsafe acts or conditions to the line manager.
  • Assist other warehouse functions as directed, including goods in and stock control.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to achieve right-first-time delivery of products to our customers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a warehouse operative with FLT experience.
  • Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
  • IT literacy and ability to use warehouse management systems.
  • Methodical and detail-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team.
