Warehouse Operative Role

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team at Weber UK. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our warehouse operations and delivering our World Class Manufacturing programme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all picking activities within our warehouse management system, ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate the dispatch of deliveries and manage external hauliers and yard operations.
  • Enforce health and safety policies and procedures, reporting any unsafe acts to the line manager.
  • Assist other warehouse functions as directed, including goods in and stock control.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to achieve right-first-time delivery of products to our customers.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a warehouse operative with FLT experience.
  • Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
  • IT literacy and ability to use warehouse management systems.
  • Methodical approach with attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Enjoys working as part of a close-knit team and is passionate about ongoing self-development.

We specialize in the manufacture of industrial mortar products, including renders, decorative finishes, tile fixing products, floor screeds, technical mortars, and external wall insulation systems. We operate from three locations across the UK, reducing our costs and carbon footprint.

We operate a 6am-2pm and 12pm-8pm shift pattern in peak periods, dropping down to 10am-6pm in quieter times. We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace, where everyone can thrive and contribute to our success.
