Warehouse Operative Role at Weber UK

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team at Weber UK. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our warehouse operations and delivering our World Class Manufacturing programme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all picking activities within the warehouse management system, ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate the dispatch of deliveries and manage external hauliers and yard management.
  • Enforce health and safety policies and procedures, reporting any unsafe acts to the line manager.
  • Assist other warehouse functions as directed, including goods in and stock control.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to achieve right-first-time delivery of products to our customers.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a warehouse operative with FLT experience.
  • Strong customer focus and IT literacy.
  • Methodical approach with good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as part of a close-knit team and contribute to a collaborative environment.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and passion for ongoing self-development.
