We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Wayleave Coordinator. In this role, you will provide critical support to our Rural Wayleaves Department and Design Managers, coordinating wayleave assignments and reporting tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary liaison between various stakeholders, including Head of Assurance and Partnerships, Design and Lot Leads, PMO, Delivery and Build Managers, Regional Planning, Programme Managers, PMO teams, BDUK, and Wayleave Partners
- Coordinate and manage wayleave acquisition activities, ensuring accurate instructions are issued to partners, and tracking progress from assessment to acquisition
- Provide administrative support to the planning team, including reviewing and processing invoices, and ensuring financial compliance for end-of-stage reporting

Requirements- Experience in a similar coordination role
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
