Join Grind & Co as a Floor Staff Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Staff member to join our team at Grind & Co. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for every guest who visits our coffee shops.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience for every guest
  2. Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor, always willing to lend a helping hand
  3. Develop a thorough understanding of our Steps of Service procedures and deliver exceptional service in line with our standards
  4. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team-driven results and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
  5. Participate in regular training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Dedicated team-player with a passion for delivering exceptional service and a commitment to excellence
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
