Job Title: Floor Staff

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Staff member to join our team at Grind & Co. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for every guest who visits our restaurants and cafes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly approach to colleagues and customers, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect.
  • Deliver exemplary service in line with our company values and procedures, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for every guest.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Participate in regular training programs to develop skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, using initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and escalate complaints.
  • Dedicated team-player, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to team-driven results.
