As a Floor Staff member, you'll be the face of our business, ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience. Your attention to detail, pride in your work, and ability to think on your feet will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient environment.
  • Assist with setting up and closing down the site, following all checklists and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
