The Opportunity: Business Development Representative - Rent Protection

This is your chance to make a real impact by helping our existing customers maximize the value of our Rent Protection product. You'll be working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where success is measured by sales performance, customer satisfaction, and adherence to regulated processes.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop strong relationships with current customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities to leverage our Rent Protection product more effectively.
  • Drive sales growth by upselling and cross-selling our Rent Protection solutions, exceeding targets and contributing to the overall success of the insurance book.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider insurance and account management teams to uncover new business opportunities and ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Provide expert guidance and training to our agent base, empowering them to effectively utilize our Rent Protection product and enhance their service offerings.

  • Proven track record of success in closing B2B sales, with a strong focus on upselling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with customers quickly and efficiently over the phone and in person.
