Job Overview

We are pleased to announce an opportunity for an External Quality Auditor to join our Quality Assurance division on a flexible worker basis.

The primary objective of this position is to uphold quality assurance standards, enhance the quality of assessment processes, and foster ongoing improvement within our centers. This ensures we deliver an exceptional service that aligns with the expectations of our clients and learners, while also supporting growth in the market and encouraging progress in education.

In this role, you will evaluate and oversee the risk and performance of centers and their personnel through the analysis and review of data and evidence from diverse sources, including regulatory bodies and clients. This is integral to the quality assurance process, ensuring compliance with qualifications and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Your contributions will include:

  • Ensuring adherence to all qualifications within your designated area in accordance with NCFE standards, the General Conditions of Recognition, and other pertinent regulatory guidelines.
  • Providing outstanding customer service to all stakeholders, both internal and external, and utilizing feedback from various sources to enhance your own work practices and those of the broader EQA team.
  • Advocating and disseminating best practices among colleagues, offering constructive feedback to support continuous improvement and enhanced operational practices.
  • Collaborating with relevant internal and external partners to ensure that quality assurance activities are customized to meet specific center needs, effectively communicated, documented within CRM, and delivered punctually while considering budget constraints.
