Our client seeks to enhance their team by hiring a seasoned Quality Auditor responsible for overseeing and advancing all quality and internal audit procedures in accordance with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and BRC Packaging V6 standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform internal audits in alignment with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and BRC V6 standards.
- Lead the internal audit team to ensure timely completion of all audits.
- Ensure prompt execution of all audit-related actions.
- Oversee internal calibration processes.
- Engage in the HACCP program, including conducting risk assessments for food safety.
- Maintain and update the site database of company documents and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Revise and convert all existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) into a newly approved format, obtaining necessary approvals for publication.
- Gather, analyze, and present data related to the company’s quality systems.
- Draft reports, summarize findings, and propose solutions for issues identified during audits or investigations.
- Provide management with feedback on potential improvements based on audit findings.
- Design and manage documentation for briefings, including associated sign-off sheets and updates to training records.
- Handle the administration of customer complaints within specified deadlines.
- Develop, standardize, and coordinate all factory SOPs as required.
- Review and manage the action plan using the WCP portal, including inputting and updating actions as necessary.
Qualifications and Experience
- Essential knowledge of internal auditing practices, including ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001.
- Familiarity with BRC v6 and experience as a lead auditor is advantageous.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
